How to get involved
To use CRITICALSPARES.COM you first need to become a member, which involves forwarding us a listing of your store items and the payment of an annual subscription fee of AUD$4500 (GST included). 

Once you are a member, your stores list will be added to our database, and you will be allocated with a username and password that allows you to search our database to locate other spares from affiliate sites or industries across the country.

Typically when an unplanned situation arose either the storeman or contractor would attempt to establish:

How it works

Your search results will display a list of relevant spares, including the direct contact details of who to call regarding whether a particular component is available.  Borrowing  a spare is arranged directly by you and the other mine site involved.
